Gt128 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the gt128 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the gt128 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gt128 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the changes. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use this platform in any capacity.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on gt128. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. gt128 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to gt128 support. Use a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the gt128 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out, including but not limited to:

• Not to use the platform for any purpose that violates laws or regulations in force in Malaysia.
• Not to attempt to interfere with, gain unauthorized access to, or damage any systems, servers, or networks associated with the gt128 platform.
• Not to use any software, bots, automated scripts, or other unauthorized means to access or manipulate the platform.
• Not to share, sell, or transfer your account to any other party.
• Not to spread false, misleading, or deceptive information on the platform.
• To comply with the minimum age requirement of 18 years for all betting and gaming activities.

Any violation of the above rules entitles gt128 to take appropriate action, including suspension or closure of the account and withholding of any balance associated with suspicious activity.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the gt128 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved local payment methods, including online banking via FPX and e-wallets such as TNG eWallet.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe set by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed once the required identity verification has been completed. gt128 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing if suspicious activity is detected or if bonus requirements have not yet been met.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and match the name on their gt128 account. gt128 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. Any fees or charges imposed by the user's bank or a third-party payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.
